Kasu Saava Isiku Register (KTK) — Estonian Beneficial Ownership Register
The Kasu Saava Isiku Register (KTK) is Estonia's official beneficial ownership register, maintained by the Centre of Registers and Information Systems (RIK) in compliance with the EU's 4th and 5th AML Directives. Estonian companies must declare their beneficial owners (25%+ ownership threshold or equivalent control) directly in the Äriregister. The data is publicly accessible and machine-readable via the Estonian X-Road data exchange platform. Estonia's UBO register is one of the most complete and technically advanced in the EU — data quality is high because all companies file digitally.
