Äriregister — Estonian Business Registry
The Äriregister (e-Business Register) is Estonia's official commercial register, maintained by the Centre of Registers and Information Systems (RIK). It is fully digital and provides free public access to all Estonian company data: registration number, legal form, shareholders, directors, share capital, articles of association, annual reports, and legal events. The Äriregister is widely considered one of the most advanced company registries in the world — all filings are electronic and data is accessible via API. The Estonian company registration number (registrikood) is an 8-digit identifier.
